Payment Terms

Dear Customer,

 

You may pay through various options for your convenience. Please see details below:

 

OPTION 1: Online Payment

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT (Secure Payment by IPay88, Powered by BDO)

Upon checkout fill in the necessary details required. When you reach Step 5 (Payment Method), choose “CREDIT CARD”.

Fill-up the necessary credit card details and proceed with the payment to complete the transaction.

 

PAYPAL PAYMENT (Secure Payment)

Upon checkout fill in the necessary details required. When you reach Step 5 (Payment Method) choose “PAYPAL”.

When the Paypal window comes up, choose "Pay with my PayPal account". Sign into your PayPal account and proceed with the payment to complete the transaction.

 

MANUAL CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL PAYMENT (Secure Payment)

We use this mode of payment in case your credit card is not automatically accepted by our system or if you want to place your order through email.

Email us your order and delivery details to citiflora01@gmail.com and we will send you a reply with the online billing statement where you can process your credit card or Paypal payment.

 

OPTION 2: Bank Deposit / Wire Transfer

Deposit your payment to BDO, BPI or Metrobank (Manual and Online Transfer Accepted).

Visit any of the banks with bank details listed below and fill out the deposit slip. Send a scanned copy or photo of your transaction to our email citiflora01@gmail.com or to our Facebook (Citiflora Flower Shop), you may also fax it to (632) 87723654 to validate your payment. Order will be served after confirmation of payment.

Send your payment thru Gcash or PayMaya.

Address your payment to the details listed below. Send the screenshot or photo of your transaction to citiflora01@gmail.com or to our facebook "Citiflora Flower Shop". Order will be served after confirmation of payment. Make sure the spelling of the receiver’s name is correct to avoid inconvenience.
